Our experience with Mina Femino was superb! Mina is a high-energy person, she always finds a way to make things happen. She was extremely diligent in helping us navigate through a challenging six month buying process with a difficult big institutional Seller. At one point, when negotiations were falling apart, she wrote a  persuasive letter to the Seller to help soften their stance. While her professionalism was on display at all times, it was her "human element" that stands out the most.

When one side of my duplex ranch was available, I contacted her regarding her availability to rent my duplex. This was my first experience with a real estate agent. I found her to be knowlegeable, efficient and pleasant.

The end result is I now have a nice family moving in. The duplex is being rented at an excellent price.
